  • Led PeopleGPT, an AI assistant that answers employees' questions about HR policies and resolves their queries instantly.
  • Delivered People Co-Pilot, which guides employees through onboarding and training and uses smart automation to make both simpler.
  • Built PeopleGPT v2 in-house on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft's tool for creating AI assistants, at zero cost.

Multiple restructures in SAP SuccessFactors, NEOM's HR system, plus automation of core HR work.

  • Led restructures in SAP SuccessFactors and designed how NEOM's organizational structure is set up in the system.
  • Set up the TONOMUS, OXAGON and ENOWA subsidiaries in the system as separate legal companies, each with its own complex structure.
  • Built automation into core HR processes and set up practices that keep HR data accurate across the whole organization.

  • Set up a central request system for all HR services on ServiceNow, where every request is logged and tracked against agreed response times.
  • Brought together requests that used to be scattered across email and MS Teams, raising service standards and making it clear who is responsible for each one.

Projects and tasks, with an assistant that does the busywork.

A project manager for small teams doing client work. Plan with milestones, tasks and owners, and view the same work as a board, list, timeline, calendar or dashboard. Tell the assistant “Push the invoices to Monday” and it’s done, with undo. Each project keeps a thread of updates, and Prepare updates drafts your report. Fully bilingual in English and Arabic, with 15 themes.

The site you’re on: my CV, built from scratch in two languages.

A fast, bilingual resume with no framework behind it. Switch to Arabic and the whole site flips to right-to-left, typewriter and all. The experience counter ticks by the second, every page has its own shareable link, and the CV and contact card are one tap away.

Who’s most likely to… get called out? The ultimate “who’s most likely to” game.

Gather your crew, grab your phones, and find out what everyone really thinks. One person starts a room, everyone else joins by code or QR, no app install, no accounts. Each round, a “Who’s most likely to…” question pops up on every screen and you all vote on the friend who fits best. Watch the votes reveal live, crown the round’s winner, and at the end each player walks away with a personality title they definitely didn’t ask for.

Draw pixel art like it’s 1989.

Pixelator is a pixel art studio with a Game Boy soul. Pick a colour, drag across the grid, and watch your art appear one square at a time. No brushes, no layers, no learning curve. Just you and a canvas full of pixels.

Build a custom six-slot palette as you work, tint the background and grid lines to whatever suits your piece, and step backwards and forwards through your history whenever a stroke doesn’t land. When it’s finished, one tap saves your masterpiece straight to your device as a PNG.

And you won’t be working in silence. A built-in chiptune player keeps four tracks on rotation while MegaMan dances along beside your canvas, until you hit Erase All and he charges up and blasts the whole thing clean.

There’s also a hidden MegaMan somewhere on the screen. Find him and claim your 1-Up.

A conversation card game for groups who want to skip the small talk. Draw from three decks (Icebreakers, Confessions, and Getting Deep) across 450 questions. Pass the phone around, take turns, and let the cards spark the real conversations. Generate fresh questions with AI, track every session, and play in English or Arabic.
